SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY
The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. AGC does not ship to APO Boxes. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing and shipping. AGC will determine the most cost-efficient shipping carrier for your order.
After your order is placed, within 24 hours, the stock(s) has been milled and therefore no changes to the inlet can be made. If you want to make a change to the inlet (i.e. barrel size, bottom metal, action) there will be a $150 change fee. If a stock is in the shipping department and you would like to change your color or add custom options such as QD cups or picatinny rails there will be a $100 change fee plus applicable custom option fees. AGC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
AG Brand: All stocks featured on this website as well as the AG Facebook and Instagram page are owned by AG Composites LLC. Keeping with our branded look and design AG does not offer custom paint jobs or camo jobs other than what is currently on our website, Facebook and Instagram pages. In addition, if gun builders are displaying our stocks and listing names of the rifle components on their websites or other social media platforms, they must identify AG stocks as AG stocks. Identifying our stocks as your own stock may result in terminating your gunbuilder account.
Sales Events: During an AGC online sale the discounted sale price is only valid for orders placed during the advertised period and on products that are part of the “online sale”. No other products are subject to the discounted sale price.
Security Policy: AGC is a veteran owned company and we value the security and privacy of our customers and employees. Our policy is to protect our customers’ and employees’ information to the greatest extent possible. Transactions are done via secured servers and in compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. Customer information is protected both electronically and physically and is not allowed out of our facility.
STOCKS WARRANTY: 100% Guaranteed Satisfaction
Every AG Composites stock carries a Lifetime Warranty against cracking, warping, splitting, breaking or becoming unserviceable. If a problem occurs, the stock will be repaired, replaced or the purchase price will be refunded at our option. Paint defects caused through normal use of the stock by the consumer are not warrantied. Contact us to return a product.
The warranty is voided if the end user modifies the stock or uses the stock for a purpose for which it was not designed. All AGC stocks have been extensively tested up to and including a 300-Winchester Magnum caliber. Using a more energetic caliber voids the warranty and AGC is not responsible for any damage or injury as a result of using the stock outside its tested capabilities.
AGC only warranties products we produce. No warranty is applied to accessories or products we purchase from other manufacturers.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your AG stock, return it within 30 days in good condition for a full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
